2016: What’s New ?

In the 2016 version of BeSpice Wave we added several new waveform parsers. Now we support all *.dat files generated by PSpice (Cadence Design Automation).  We also support psfxl files. Psfxl is the default output format of the Spectre simulator (Cadence Design Automation). We also read all analog output formats generated by Smash (Dolphin Integration).

All these new parsers also enhance our conversion tool.

Our post processing capabilities have been extended by a data reduction module. This module allows to reduce the number of points in a curve. The reduction is controlled by a single real valued parameter. The resulting curves can be exported to a spice pwl source and used as a stimulus of a spice simulation.
